（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣17日電）民主進步黨主席蔡英文今天表示，雲林過去9年，在農業首都的觀念與行動下脫胎換骨，將來要延續開創新願景。
蔡英文由民進黨提名為下任總統參選人後，帶領中央黨部團隊，到綠色執政縣市展開「希望行腳」請益之旅，下午來到雲林縣政府。
雲林縣長李進勇率縣府團隊，在縣府二樓水情中心，簡報「『下一個雲林』城鄉翻轉力」，談農業、產業、社會等發展。
李進勇在簡報前贈送布袋戲「史豔文」及地方特產洋香瓜，他說，史豔文是正義化身，希望將來蔡英文當選總統，也發揮正義精神。
蔡英文說，獲提名總統參選人後展開各縣市請益之旅，展現「中央與地方共同承擔治理國家責任」且是夥伴關係，未來將加重地方擔任產業發展的責任與角色。
蔡英文表示，雲林由前縣長蘇治芬治理9年，在農業首都觀念與行動下脫胎換骨，將來要延續人民期待，帶引台灣農業新願景。
蔡英文致詞後，媒體希望蔡英文對於雲林近來熱門議題「禁燒生煤及石油焦」表達看法，但中央黨部以行程緊湊為由，未接受採訪。1040417
